Lily of the Valley

To be quite frank, I have no idea where this piece was going from the start. I blame it on this semester I've been so frazzled and out of it for so long, it's obnoxious. Hopefully this summer I'll be able to really get back into planning and doing more satisfying work. Hopefully!

I've always been meaning to do a piece with lily of the valley, even more so since it's my grandma's favorite flower. Her favorite perfume bottle is in the shape of it, and smells quite lovely. Lily of the valley stands for: Sweetness;  Return to happiness; Humility; You've made my life complete. Maybe I'll find that place again in a few weeks.

Remind me not to do see-through fabrics anytime soon >> I think that's what sucked up most of the time on this piece...that and my indecisiveness at the lineart stage. Meh.
